The most powerful evidence in history is visual, yet for over a decade, the Australian government has inhumanely detained refugees in offshore detention centers, prohibiting cameras and journalists. Only by making this injustice visible can we provoke change.

Maurice Blackburn Lawyers conducted 300+ hours of interviews with survivors. To make their words even more powerful, we collaborated with AI technicians, photojournalists, and survivors, to produce the first visual evidence of the atrocities faced in Australia's offshore detention centers.

Results included $2.5m in earned media and 340 million people reached, in one week. The evidence was submitted to policymakers to aid reform.
